Abstract

This paper examines the pedagogical conditions required for the effective use of digital platforms and educational software. Digital technologies can expand access to resources, support interaction, facilitate individual learning pathways, and provide timely feedback. However, their availability does not automatically improve educational outcomes. The study systematises the conditions that transform technical functions into pedagogically meaningful learning opportunities: instructional alignment, teachers’ digital competence, learner readiness, interactive and collaborative activity, continuous monitoring, accessibility, academic integrity, data protection, and institutional support. A systemic approach enables digital platforms to operate as environments for active, inclusive, and evidence-based learning rather than merely as channels for distributing information.
