Mazkur maqolada Greyvs kasalligining immunogenetik xususiyatlari, JAK-STAT signal yo‘li genlari polimorfizmlari hamda IFN-γ va IL-10 sitokinlari o‘rtasidagi o‘zaro bog‘liqlik tahlil qilindi. Tadqiqot natijalari JAK2 rs1887428, STAT1 rs1547550 va IFNG rs2430561 polimorfizmlarining kasallik rivojlanishi hamda uning og‘irlik darajasi bilan bog‘liqligini ko‘rsatdi. Shuningdek, IFN-γ va IL-10 sitokinlari nisbatining autoimmun jarayonlar faolligini baholashdagi muhim ahamoyatga ega ekanligi aniqlandi. Olingan natijalar Greyvs kasalligini erta tashxislash, tashxis qilish va shaxsiylashtirilgan davolash usullarini takomillashtirish uchun ilmiy asos bo‘lib xizmat qiladi.
