This article provides a theoretical and conceptual analysis of the impact of the political-legal and ideological principles of governance presented in Temur Tuzuklari on the development of contemporary political governance paradigms. The study examines Amir Temur’s model of state governance and evaluates the essence of its fundamental principles, including strategic political thinking, justice, the rule of law, meritocracy, institutional governance, political legitimacy, and the maintenance of national security, from the perspective of contemporary political science theories and public governance concepts. The article further explores the relevance of these governance principles to the evolution of modern political thought and their significance for effective public administration. It argues that the governance philosophy embodied in Temur Tuzuklari continues to serve as an important conceptual and methodological foundation for strengthening state institutions, improving governance effectiveness, and promoting sustainable political development.References
