Abstract

Mazkur tezisda yo‘l harakati xavfsizligini ta’minlash, transport infratuzilmasini takomillashtirish va tirbandliklarni kamaytirish masalalarining dolzarbligi yoritilgan. Andijon viloyati transport tizimi misolida transport oqimining o‘tkazuvchanligi, harakat tezligi, jamoat transporti muntazamligi, yo‘lovchi sig‘imi, harakat xavfsizligi, ekologik va iqtisodiy samaradorlik kabi asosiy ko‘rsatkichlar tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, transport tizimi samaradorligini oshirishga xizmat qiluvchi aqlli transport tizimlari, adaptiv boshqaruv texnologiyalari, jamoat transportiga ustuvorlik berish hamda raqamli monitoring tizimlarini joriy etishning ahamiyati asoslab berilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari hududlarda transport oqimlarini samarali boshqarish, yo‘l-transport hodisalarini kamaytirish va barqaror transport tizimini rivojlantirish bo‘yicha amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqishga xizmat qiladi.
