Abstract

Mazkur maqolada globallashuv va raqamli transformatsiya sharoitida muzeylarning o‘z nufuzini oshirish va tashrif buyuruvchilar bilan samarali aloqa o‘rnatishda raqamli marketing vositalarining o‘rni tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda muzey brendingini shakllantirishning o‘ziga xos xususiyatlari, xususan, ijtimoiy tarmoqlar (SMM), virtual turlar, mobil ilovalar va kontent-marketing strategiyalaridan foydalanish usullari yoritilgan. Shuningdek, an’anaviy eksponatlarni raqamli formatda taqdim etish orqali muzeyning "vizual identifikatsiyasi"ni yaratish va yosh avlod auditoriyasini jalb qilish masalalari ko‘rib chiqiladi.
