Mazkur tezisda mahsulot yetkazib berish zanjirini marketing nuqtai nazaridan optimallashtirishning nazariy va amaliy jihatlari chuqur tahlil qilingan. Yetkazib berish zanjirining marketing strategiyasi bilan integratsiyalashuvi, iste’molchi ehtiyojlariga moslashuvchanlik hamda raqobatbardoshlikni oshirishdagi roli ochib berilgan. Xalqaro va mahalliy tajribalar asosida marketingga yo‘naltirilgan yetkazib berish zanjirining samaradorligi asoslab berilgan. Tadqiqot natijalarida marketing va logistika uyg‘unligi korxona faoliyatining barqarorligini ta’minlashi isbotlangan.
