Abstract

Postoperativ infeksiyalar (POI) jarrohlik amaliyotidan keyin yuzaga keluvchi eng keng tarqalgan va xavfli asoratlardan biridir. Ular bemorning sog‘lig‘ini tiklash jarayonini sekinlashtiradi, kasalxonada qolish muddatini uzaytiradi hamda tibbiy xarajatlarni oshiradi. Ushbu maqolada POI rivojlanish mexanizmlari, xavf omillari, antibiotiklar bilan olib boriladigan profilaktika choralari va zamonaviy yondashuvlar ilmiy asosda tahlil qilinadi. Xususan, antibiotik profilaktikasining turi, vaqti, dozalari, mikroorganizmlarga qarshi maqsadli yondashuvlar hamda antibiotiklarga chidamli shtammlarning roli muhokama qilinadi. Klinik holatlar va dalillarga asoslangan tavsiyalar orqali POI xavfini kamaytirish bo‘yicha amaliy choralar taqdim etiladi.
