THE CULTURE OF COMMUNICATION AND SOCIO PSYCHOLOGICAL COMPETENCIES OF A LEADER

This article analyzes the importance of communication culture and socio-psychological competencies as key components of effective leadership in modern contexts. Any successful leader strives to establish productive communication with their team, foster a healthy psychological environment, and increase the engagement of team members. Therefore, the article substantiates the necessity for leaders to adhere to standards of speech etiquette, ethical norms, empathy, and constructive criticism in their interactions.
