FITOPREPARATLARNING ZAMONAVIY FARMAKOLOGIYADAGI O‘RNI

So‘nggi yillarda zamonaviy farmakologiya tizimida fitopreparatlar, ya’ni o‘simlik xomashyosidan olingan biologik faol moddalar asosidagi dori vositalarining ahamiyati sezilarli darajada ortib bormoqda. Ushbu tendensiya tabiiy kelib chiqishga ega bo‘lgan preparatlarga nisbatan ortib borayotgan talab, sintetik dori vositalarining nojo‘ya ta’sirlari va surunkali kasalliklarning ko‘payishi bilan bevosita bog‘liqdir. Fitopreparatlar farmakoterapiyada yengil toksiklik profili, keng terapevtik ta’sir doirasi hamda organizmning fiziologik jarayonlariga nisbatan yumshoq ta’siri bilan ajralib turadi. Mazkur maqolada fitopreparatlarning zamonaviy tibbiyotdagi o‘rni, ularning farmakodinamik va farmakokinetik xususiyatlari, shuningdek, klinik amaliyotda qo‘llanilish yo‘nalishlari tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, fitoterapiyaning dalillarga asoslangan tibbiyotdagi o‘rni, standartlash jarayonlari va sifat nazorati muammolari ham ko‘rib chiqiladi. O‘simliklardan olingan bioaktiv komponentlarning antioksidant, yallig‘lanishga qarshi, immunomodulyator va adaptogen xususiyatlari ilmiy jihatdan asoslab beriladi. Fitopreparatlarning rivojlanishi farmatsevtika sanoatida innovatsion yondashuvlarni shakllantirib, zamonaviy dori vositalarini yaratishda tabiiy resurslardan oqilona foydalanish imkonini bermoqda.
