This article is written because the study of ways to reflect culture in language and human society adds to our understanding of various cultures and mentalities, as well as the development of intercultural communication skills. The goal of this work is to establish the beginnings and development of cultural linguistics as a distinct scientific subject, as well as to assess its contemporary state.
