PEDAGOGIK TA’LIM JARAYONIDA EKOLOGIK KOMPETENSIYALARNI SHAKLLANTIRISHNING INNOVATSION MODELI

Ushbu maqolada pedagogik oliy ta’lim muassasalarida tahsil olayotgan bo‘lajak o‘qituvchilarda ekologik kompetensiyalarni shakllantirishning nazariy-metodologik asoslari va innovatsion modeli tahlil qilinadi. Zamonaviy globallashuv sharoitida ekologik xavfsizlik, iqlim o‘zgarishi, bioxilma-xillikning kamayishi kabi jarayonlar ta’lim tizimida ekologik yo‘naltirilgan kompetensiyalarni rivojlantirishni dolzarb vazifaga aylantirmoqda. Maqolada ekologik kompetensiyaning strukturaviy komponentlari (kognitiv, aksiologik, prakseologik va refleksiv), ularning o‘zaro aloqadorligi hamda pedagogik jarayonda integrativ, tizimli va kompetensiyaviy yondashuv asosida shakllantirish mexanizmlari yoritiladi. Shuningdek, Barqaror rivojlanish uchun ta’lim (Education for Sustainable Development – ESD) konsepsiyasi doirasida ekologik ta’limni transformativ o‘qitish modeli asosida tashkil etish zarurati asoslab beriladi. Tadqiqot natijalari ekologik kompetensiyalarni rivojlantirish pedagogik kadrlar tayyorlash sifatini oshirish hamda jamiyatda ekologik madaniyatni mustahkamlashga xizmat qilishini ko‘rsatadi.
