Abstract

This article explores the importance of ensuring women’s employment in entrepreneurship development. It analyzes how women’s participation in business contributes to economic growth, social empowerment, innovation, and sustainable development. The study identifies challenges women face in the labor market and entrepreneurship and provides strategies to improve their employment opportunities, strengthen entrepreneurial ecosystems, and promote gender equality.
