Ushbu maqola 2021–2025 yillarda e’lon qilingan kohort tadqiqotlar, meta-tahlillar va sharhlar asosida birinchi marta homilador bo‘lgan ayollarda qin mikrobiosenozining asosiy xususiyatlari, MOT bilan bog‘liq mikrobiologik markerlar, patobiologik mexanizmlar hamda klinik diagnostika va riskni baholash imkoniyatlarini umumlashtiradi. So‘nggi yillarda CST (community state type) tasnifi, metagenomika va mashinaviy o‘qitish asosidagi modellarda Gardnerella/Prevotella/Sneathia kabi anaeroblar, L. iners-dominant holat va L. crispatusning kamayishi MOT bilan izchil bog‘liqligi ko‘rsatildi.
