Abstract

This article explores the role of pedagogical creativity as a critical element in the professional activity of teachers in the 21st-century educational landscape. The study emphasizes that creativity in pedagogy is not limited to artistic expression but encompasses the ability to develop innovative teaching strategies, adapt to diverse learning needs, and create an engaging classroom environment. Drawing on current research and practical insights, the article analyzes how creative thinking enhances teachers’ problem-solving skills, fosters student motivation, and supports effective communication. The paper also addresses the challenges teachers face in applying creative approaches due to rigid curricula, limited resources, or lack of institutional support. It concludes by underscoring the need to integrate creativity into teacher education and ongoing professional development to cultivate educators who are not only knowledgeable but also flexible, reflective, and inspired.
