Abstract

Ushbu maqola strategik boshqaruvda marketing strategiyalarining o‘rni va ularni samarali qo‘llash usullarini yoritadi. Maqolada marketing strategiyalarining turlari, bozor tahlilining ahamiyati, raqobatbardoshlikni oshirishdagi roli va O‘zbekiston bozori sharoitida qo‘llanilishi ko‘rib chiqiladi. Shuningdek, strategik marketingni amalga oshirishda duch kelinadigan muammolar va ularni yechish yo‘llari tahlil qilinadi. Maqola korxona rahbarlari va marketologlar uchun amaliy qo‘llanma sifatida xizmat qiladi.
