Abstract

Ushbu maqola maktab yoshidagi bolalarda stress muammosini o'rganadi va uning sabablarini, belgilari hamda etkazilishi mumkin bo'lgan salbiy ta'sirlarini tahlil qiladi. Stress bolalar psixologiyasi, ularning o'qish jarayoniga, ijtimoiy hayotiga va umumiy rivojlanishiga qanday ta'sir etishi haqida ma'lumot beradi. Shuningdek, maqolada bolalarni stressdan qutulish uchun samarali usullar va strategiyalar, masalan, sport, ijodkorlik, oila va do'stlar bilan vaqt o'tkazish, nafas olish mashqlari va mindfulness kabi metodlar keltiriladi. Maktab muhitida o'qituvchilar va ota-onalar uchun bolalar stressi bilan ishlash bo'yicha tavsiyalar ham beriladi.
