Abstract

The mastery of specialized agricultural vocabulary is crucial for students pursuing careers in farming, agronomy, sustainability, and food production. However, learning and retaining technical terms requires more than just rote memorization. Effective teaching strategies that integrate agricultural vocabulary into real-world contexts, utilize interactive tools, and engage students in active learning are essential. This article explores practical methods for teaching agricultural vocabulary, such as contextual learning, using visual aids, developing vocabulary journals, and incorporating technology.
