This article talks about the importance of education and upbringing in the formation of legal thinking among young people. The legal thinking of young people defines security measures in protecting the rights and freedoms of the society and the state. Also, the legal thinking of legal entities formed in young people, its content is stable at the next stages of personal development, strengthening the nature and direction of behavior. This is a very complex phenomenon with different forms of legal, socio-political and moral phenomena.
