This thesis explores strategies to promote equity and inclusion in the internationalization efforts of higher education institutions, with a particular focus on Uzbekistan. Using a mixed-methods approach, it examines barriers to equitable internationalization and proposes actionable frameworks to create inclusive global experiences for students and staff. The research aims to guide policymakers and institutional leaders in fostering a fair and inclusive academic environment.
