TECHNOLOGY AND METHODOLOGY FOR THE EFFECTIVE USE OF DIGITAL PLATFORMS AND SOFTWARE

This paper substantiates a technology and methodology for the effective use of digital platforms and educational software. The proposed approach responds to the gap between the technical availability of digital tools and their actual contribution to learning outcomes. Based on an integrative analysis of research on digital competence, multimedia learning, student engagement, self-regulation, and learning analytics, a five-stage technology is proposed: pedagogical diagnosis, didactic design, digital configuration, guided implementation, and evidence-based improvement. The methodology combines content, activity, interaction, assessment, support, and reflection methods. Its effectiveness is evaluated at input, process, output, and impact levels. The approach enables teachers and institutions to transform platform use from digital content distribution into purposeful, interactive, adaptive, inclusive, and measurable learning.References
