Abstract

This article analyzes the interrelationship between personal and professional qualities in the formation of deontological competence from a psychological and pedagogical perspective. The study highlights the role of responsibility, empathy, professional duty, moral values, communication culture, and reflective abilities in the development of deontological competence among teachers. Furthermore, the mechanisms of interaction between personal traits and professional competencies of future primary school teachers are substantiated. The findings contribute to improving the psychological and pedagogical foundations for the formation of deontological competence in teacher education.
