Ushbu tezis biznes diskursining lingvopragmatik xususiyatlarini o‘rganishga bag‘ishlangan. Biznes muloqotida til birliklarining qanday shakllarda qo‘llanilishi, muloyimlik va yumshatish strategiyalari hamda rasmiy muloqot uslublarining ahamiyati tahlil qilinadi. Ingliz va o‘zbek tillaridan olingan real misollar yordamida ularning o‘ziga xos pragmatik xususiyatlari taqqoslanadi. Tadqiqot natijalari biznes muloqotining samaradorligini oshirishda lingvopragmatik yondashuvning muhimligini ko‘rsatadi.
