This article examines the global relevance of developing foreign language learning through the use of web materials, which has become an integral part of the educational process in developed countries, the CIS countries, and Uzbekistan. Digital technologies not only make the process of learning foreign languages more effective and convenient but also significantly expand access to language education for a wider audience. Therefore, research and publications on this topic are of great scientific and practical importance.
