Abstract

This article explores the ways to develop akmeological professional skills in future teachers. The focus is on shaping competencies such as professional growth, creative thinking, self-reflection, and independent decision-making based on the akmeological approach. The article discusses the pedagogical specifics of fostering these competencies, the importance of creating an akmeological environment in educational institutions, and how effective collaboration between teachers and students contributes to professional development.
