Ushbu maqolada yuzaki va chuqur karies kasalliklarida qo‘llaniladigan restavrativ yondashuvlar atroflicha tahlil qilinadi. Yuzaki kariesda amalga oshiriladigan konservativ davolash usullari va restoratsiya texnikalari bilan chuqur kariesda talab qilinadigan murakkabroq, to‘liq restavrativ usullar o‘rtasidagi farqlar ko‘rib chiqiladi. Shuningdek, har ikki turdagi kariesda ishlatiladigan materiallarning xususiyatlari, ularning klinik samaradorligi, davolash natijalari va uzoq muddatli barqarorligi taqqoslanadi. Maqola restavratsiya jarayonida yuzaga kelishi mumkin bo‘lgan muammolar va ularni oldini olish strategiyalariga ham e'tibor qaratadi. Olingan natijalar stomatologiya amaliyotida kariesni samarali va uzoq muddatli davolash uchun yondashuvlarni tanlashda muhim ahamiyatga ega ekanligini ko‘rsatadi.
