Abstract

This article explores the integration of digital technologies in enhancing the management of youth interactions within higher education institutions. It discusses the potential of digital tools such as learning management systems (LMS), student information systems (SIS), and mobile applications to streamline administrative processes, improve communication between students and faculty, and personalize the educational experience. The paper highlights the role of these technologies in fostering efficient, transparent, and interactive student engagement. It also addresses the challenges associated with the digital divide, the need for digital literacy, and data security concerns. Ultimately, the article argues that the successful implementation of digital technologies can significantly improve the management of student interactions, benefiting both educational institutions and the students they serve.
