Abstract

The article examines modern pedagogical mechanisms aimed at increasing the participation and activity of women in higher education institutions. In contemporary society, ensuring gender equality in education and expanding educational opportunities for women have become important priorities of state policy and global educational reforms. The study analyzes the socio-pedagogical factors influencing women’s engagement in higher education and highlights innovative approaches that support their academic, professional, and personal development. Particular attention is paid to interactive teaching methods, digital educational technologies, mentoring systems, inclusive educational environments, and motivational strategies that encourage women to actively participate in academic processes.
