Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekiston bank tizimida marketing faoliyatining ahamiyati va uning rivojlanish tendensiyalari o‘rganiladi. Bank mahsulotlari va xizmatlarini mijoz ehtiyojlariga moslashtirish orqali raqobatbardoshlikni oshirish masalalari ko‘rib chiqilgan. Raqamli transformatsiya va innovatsion yondashuvlar asosida bank marketing strategiyalarini takomillashtirish yo‘llari tahlil qilinadi.
