YURAK-QON TOMIR KASALLIKLARIDA ATEROSKLEROZNING MOLEKULYAR PATOGENEZINI O‘RGANISH

Ateroskleroz — arteriyalar intimasi darajasida rivojlanadigan, lipidlar to‘planishi, immun-yallig‘lanish jarayonlari va hujayra signal yo‘llarining buzilishi bilan kechuvchi murakkab multifaktorial kasallik bo‘lib, yurak-qon tomir tizimi patologiyalarining asosiy morfologik asosi hisoblanadi. Ushbu maqolada aterosklerozning molekulyar mexanizmlari, jumladan endotelial disfunksiya, past zichlikdagi lipoproteidlarning oksidlanishi, ko‘pik hujayralar hosil bo‘lishi, NF-κB va NLRP3 inflammasoma signal yo‘llarining faollashuvi hamda epigenetik regulyatsiya jarayonlari tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, kasallik patogenezida T-limfotsitlar, makrofaglar, mitoxondrial disfunksiya va ichak mikrobiotasi metabolitlarining (TMAO) ahamiyati yoritilgan. Aterosklerozning rivojlanishi va progressiyasida lipid almashinuvi buzilishi, oksidlovchi stress hamda gemodinamik omillarning o‘zaro ta’siri muhim o‘rin tutadi. Tadqiqot natijalari ushbu kasallikni faqat lipid buzilishi sifatida emas, balki kompleks immun-metabolik jarayon sifatida ko‘rib chiqish zarurligini ko‘rsatadi.
