Abstract

This article analyzes the effectiveness of interactive methods in teaching English in higher education institutions. In particular, it examines the role of modern pedagogical approaches in developing students’ communicative competence, independent thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities. The possibilities of organizing effective language learning through interactive methods such as group discussions, role plays, debates, and problem-based tasks are illustrated with examples. The study identifies the advantages of interactive techniques over traditional methods and highlights their impact on increasing students’ engagement and motivation. The findings of the article are significant for improving the educational process and preparing students for real-life communication in English.
