This article explores methods for structuring project management processes via digital platforms and evaluates their impact on enhancing efficiency, collaboration, and transparency in educational undertakings. The study emphasizes digital instruments, organizational frameworks, and strategic methods employed for overseeing educational initiatives. Furthermore, instances of popular digital platforms and their benefits are examined. The research shows that incorporating digital platforms in project management enables organizations to improve communication, monitor progress efficiently, and refine decision-making processes.
