Abstract

this article examines the role of mobile applications in the development of language skills, particularly reading, listening, speaking, and writing. With the rapid development of digital technologies, mobile learning has become an important component of modern education. Mobile applications provide flexible and interactive opportunities for learners to practice language skills outside traditional classroom environments. Through various digital tools such as interactive exercises, audio materials, speech recognition systems, and writing assistants, learners can improve their language competence more effectively. The article analyzes how mobile applications support independent learning, increase motivation, and enhance language acquisition through practical engagement. Additionally, the advantages and challenges of using mobile technologies in language education are discussed. The findings highlight that mobile applications can significantly contribute to the development of language skills when used alongside traditional teaching methods.
