This method helps learners develop problem-solving abilities, creativity, and independent learning skills. The article analyzes how project management strategies can enhance the educational process and improve student engagement. In addition, the study discusses the advantages of project-based learning, its pedagogical principles, and its influence on academic performance. The findings suggest that integrating project management into teaching practices contributes significantly to improving the quality and effectiveness of education.
