Abstract

this article explores the pedagogical foundations of project management in the educational process and examines its impact on learning effectiveness. In modern education, project-based approaches have become increasingly important as they encourage active participation, critical thinking, and collaborative learning among students. Project management in education allows teachers to organize learning activities in a structured way, guiding students through planning, implementation, and evaluation stages. This method helps learners develop problem-solving abilities, creativity, and independent learning skills. The article analyzes how project management strategies can enhance the educational process and improve student engagement. In addition, the study discusses the advantages of project-based learning, its pedagogical principles, and its influence on academic performance. The findings suggest that integrating project management into teaching practices contributes significantly to improving the quality and effectiveness of education.
