Abstract

Agile project management is becoming more common in education because it helps students work together, think creatively and take responsibility for their learning. Methods such as Scrum and Kanban allow learners to work in short stages, receive feedback and improve their results step by step. Although studies show positive effects on motivation and performance, Agile needs to be carefully adapted to teaching conditions.
