Abstract

Ushbu maqolada surunkali gingivit va qandli diabet o‘rtasidagi o‘zaro bog‘liqlik va bemorlarni boshqarish yondashuvi tahlil qilinadi. Surunkali gingivit — bolalar va kattalarda keng tarqalgan og‘iz bo‘shlig‘i kasalligi bo‘lib, uning patogenezi yallig‘lanish jarayonlari, tish to‘qimalarining mikrobiotasidagi o‘zgarishlar va immun javob bilan bog‘liq. Qandli diabet esa umumiy metabolik holatni o‘zgartiruvchi surunkali endokrin patologiya bo‘lib, og‘iz bo‘shlig‘i kasalliklari, xususan gingivit rivojlanishiga sezilarli ta’sir ko‘rsatadi. Maqolada qandli diabet bilan og‘rigan bemorlarda surunkali gingivitning rivojlanish mexanizmlari, diagnostikasi va boshqarish strategiyalari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Shuningdek, stomatologik va endokrinologik yondashuvlarning integratsiyalashgan boshqaruvi bemor salomatligini yaxshilash va yallig‘lanishni kamaytirish imkoniyatini beradi.
