This article presents and analyzes the scientific views of linguists, methodologists, educators, and psychologists on the theoretical aspects of developing students' pragmatic, communicative, and speaking competence through educational tasks in native language classes, heuristic tasks, speech culture, and teaching communicative features that ensure the culture of speech.
