Parodont kasalliklari zamonaviy stomatologiyaning eng dolzarb muammolaridan biri bo'lib, turli xil etiologik omillar ta'sirida rivojlanadi. So'nggi yillarda psixoemotsional stress parodont to'qimalarining holatiga bevosita ta'sir ko'rsatishi haqida dalillar to'planmoqda. Yoshlar orasida stress darajasining oshishi immun tizimi funksiyasini susayishiga, gingival to'qimalarda yallig'lanish jarayonlarining kuchayishiga olib keladi.
Ushbu tadqiqotning maqsadi 18-25 yosh oralig'idagi yoshlarda stress gormonlari (kortizol, adrenalin) darajasi va parodont to'qimalarining klinik holati o'rtasidagi bog'liqlikni aniqlashdan iborat. Tadqiqot 240 nafar ishtirokchi ishtirokida kesimiy klinik usulda amalga oshirildi. Barcha bemorlar stress darajasiga ko'ra uch guruhga bo'lindi: past (n=80), o'rtacha (n=82) va yuqori stress darajasi (n=78). Klinik tekshiruv plak indeksi (PI), gingival indeks (GI), parodontal cho'ntak chuqurligi (PPD) va klinik birikish darajasi (CAL) ko'rsatkichlarini baholashni o'z ichiga oldi. Salyada kortizol darajasi immunofermentli tahlil usuli bilan aniqlandi.
Natijalar yuqori stress darajasiga ega bo'lgan yoshlarda parodont indekslarining sezilarli darajada yomonlashganini ko'rsatdi. Kortizol darajasi va parodont yallig'lanish ko'rsatkichlari o'rtasida ijobiy korrelyatsiya aniqlandi (r=0.68, p<0.001). Yuqori stress guruhida PI ko'rsatkichi 2.4±0.3, GI 2.1±0.4, PPD 3.8±0.6 mm, CAL 2.2±0.5 mm tashkil etdi, bu past stress guruhidagi ko'rsatkichlardan statistik jihatdan yuqori edi (p<0.01). Tadqiqot stress gormonlarining parodont to'qimalarga immunosupressiv va yallig'lanishga oid ta'sirini tasdiqladi. Olingan natijalar yoshlar orasida parodont kasalliklarini profilaktika qilishda psixoemotsional holatni baholashning zarurligini ko'rsatadi.
