This article examines the cost management system in manufacturing enterprises, the factors influencing the formation of product cost, as well as existing scientific approaches and practical mechanisms for reducing costs. In the course of the study, the impact of cost planning, control, and optimization mechanisms on economic efficiency is analyzed. In addition, the study analyzes the factors affecting product cost in business entities and develops proposals and recommendations aimed at reducing costs.
