Abstract

This article provides a theoretical analysis of pedagogical reflection as a key component of teachers’ professional self-development. Pedagogical reflection is examined as a process that supports self-regulation, professional competence development, and reflective practice. The study emphasizes the role of reflection in enhancing methodological flexibility and value-oriented teaching. Based on theoretical synthesis, the article highlights pedagogical reflection as a foundation for lifelong professional learning and sustainable professional growth in contemporary education.
