SOCIAL-PEDAGOGICAL BASIS OF INCREASING THE TEACHER'S AUTHORITY IN THE MANAGEMENT OF THE EDUCATION SYSTEM

The article analyzes the socio-pedagogical foundations of increasing the authority of a teacher in the management of the education system. The essence of the authority of a teacher, its role in society and its importance as a factor determining the effectiveness of the educational process are revealed. The role of state policy, public organizations and community institutions in strengthening the authority of a teacher is indicated. The socio-pedagogical mechanisms of digital educational tools, social cooperation, the heritage of folk pedagogy and innovative approaches in increasing the status of a teacher are also analyzed.
