GEMOPOEZ FIZIOLOGIYASI: SUYAK ILIGI VA QON HUJAYRALARINING YANGILANISHI

Gemopoez — bu qon hujayralarining doimiy yangilanishi va suyak iligida yangi qon hujayralarining hosil bo‘lish jarayoni bo‘lib, organizmning hayotiy faoliyati uchun muhim fiziologik jarayon hisoblanadi. Ushbu jarayon suyak iligi ichidagi pluripotent gematopoetik xujayralardan boshlanadi va turli qon hujayralarining (eritrotsitlar, leykotsitlar, trombotsitlar) shakllanishi orqali amalga oshadi. Gemopoez mexanizmlari va uning regulyatsiyasi organizmning immuniteti, kislorod tashish tizimi hamda qon ivish jarayonlari uchun asosiy omillardir. Maqolada suyak iligining strukturasi, gematopoetik xujayralarning turlari va ularning o‘zaro ta’siri, shuningdek, gemopoez jarayonining molekulyar darajadagi regulyatsiyasi va patologik holatlaridagi o‘zgarishlar batafsil tahlil qilinadi. Mazkur mavzu bo‘yicha so‘nggi ilmiy tadqiqotlar natijalari asosida gemopoez jarayonining biologik asoslari va klinik ahamiyati ko‘rib chiqiladi.
