The paper highlights the impact of these approaches on enhancing pre-service teachers’ analytical abilities, decision-making, and adaptability in diverse classroom settings. Challenges in fostering critical thinking and emerging opportunities for improvement are also examined. Ultimately, the article underscores the necessity of embedding critical thinking development within teacher education programs to prepare educators capable of navigating the complexities of modern teaching and promoting lifelong learning among students.
