Ushbu ilmiy tezisda sanoat korxonalarida inson kapitalining samarali boshqaruvi orqali ishlab chiqarish xarajatlarini optimallashtirish strategiyalari yoritilgan. Inson kapitalining asosiy tarkibiy qismlari, uni rivojlantirishning iqtisodiy samaradorligi, raqamli texnologiyalar va ichki o‘quv tizimlarining ahamiyati tahlil qilinadi. Soha bo‘yicha xalqaro tajribalar, O‘zbekiston korxonalari misolida amaliy ko‘rsatkichlar asosida tahlillar olib boriladi. Tadqiqot natijalari sanoat tarmoqlarida malakali kadrlar orqali xarajatlarni kamaytirish va ishlab chiqarish samaradorligini oshirish yo‘llarini belgilashga xizmat qiladi.
