Abstract

This article discusses the challenges faced by students in the fields of visual and applied arts when learning the English language, and proposes practical solutions to enhance their language acquisition. The specific difficulties stem from a lack of engagement with language-specific contexts and the unique vocabulary related to their disciplines. Moreover, cultural differences can also create barriers in communication. By identifying these issues, the article aims to provide educators with effective strategies to foster a more inclusive and stimulating learning environment that embraces the creative identities of art students while simultaneously developing their English language skills.
