This article analyzes the concept of social policy and its features in detail. Social policy includes social, economic and cultural activities carried out by the state and social organizations. The article discusses the multifaceted nature, dynamics and variability of social policy, as well as factors that ensure its effectiveness. Concepts such as social justice, equality and social protection are indicated as the main goals of social policy. In general, the article highlights the importance of social policy in the development of society and its role in improving the quality of life of people.
