Abstract

Blended learning has become a transformative approach in modern education, integrating traditional face-to-face instruction with online learning technologies. This model seeks to leverage the strengths of both methods to create more flexible, engaging, and effective learning experiences. As educational needs continue to evolve, blended learning provides opportunities for personalized instruction, improved student engagement, and broader access to resources. However, its implementation presents challenges, including the need for adequate technological infrastructure, teacher training, and thoughtful instructional design. This paper explores various blended learning models, discusses their benefits and challenges, and offers strategies for successful adoption. By examining current research and best practices, the study highlights how blended learning can effectively bridge the gap between traditional and digital education, preparing students for the demands of a rapidly changing global environment.
