Abstract

Maqolada sportchilarning mushak o‘sishi va energiya ishlab chiqarish jarayonlarida vitaminlarning ahamiyati o‘rganiladi. Vitaminlar mushaklarning normal ishlashi, energiya ishlab chiqarish va tiklanish jarayonlarida muhim rol o‘ynaydi. Vitamin D, C, B guruhlari va E ning sportchilarning umumiy faoliyatiga ta’siri tahlil qilinadi. Ushbu vitaminlar mushaklarni himoya qilish, jarohatlardan tiklanishni tezlashtirish va samarali energiya ishlab chiqarishni ta’minlashda zarurdir. Maqolada vitaminlarning etarli miqdorda olinishi va sportchilarga sog‘lom dietaning ahamiyati ko‘rsatiladi.
