METHODS OF TEACHING ENGLISH TO KINDERGARDEN CHILDREN

Abstract

This article explores effective methods for teaching English to kindergarten and preschool children. Young learners acquire a knowledge of English language best through play-based activities, songs, storytelling and visual aids. The experiments show the importance of a natural language learning   environment where children can develop listening and speaking skills before focusing on reading and writing skills. Additionally, the role of repitation, positive reinforcement and materials based on themes for age appropriate in foresting motivation  and confidence is discussed
