Phrasal verbs are considered one the most important part of the English language, using a verb with a preposition or an adverb to make a new meaning different from the original verb. These kid of verbs or expressions are mostly used in both spoken and written English, making the speech of the speaker more colorful and effective. This work explores the content, formation, structure of the phrasal verbs together with difficulties in translating and understanding for non-native speakers.
