Abstract

Onkologik kasalliklar odatda yosh o'tishi bilan bog‘liq deb hisoblanadi, biroq so‘nggi yillarda yoshlar va o‘smirlar orasida saraton kasalliklarining ko‘payishi kuzatilmoqda. Erta yoshda onkologik kasalliklarning rivojlanish sabablari murakkab bo‘lib, ular irsiy moyillik, atrof-muhit omillari, hayot tarzi, virusli infeksiyalar va epigenetik o‘zgarishlar bilan bog‘liq bo‘lishi mumkin. Keksa yoshdagi saraton kasalliklaridan farqli o‘laroq, yoshlar orasida uchraydigan saraton turlari ko‘pincha tajovuzkorlik darajasi yuqori, o‘ziga xos o‘zgarishlarga ega va noyob sharoitlarda rivojlanadi. Ushbu maqolada yoshlarda saraton rivojlanishining asosiy xavf omillari, molekulyar mexanizmlari va profilaktika usullari batafsil tahlil qilinadi.
